About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Aquatics Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our school’s aquatic facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for water safety, student engagement, and program coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of swimming classes, pool usage, and aquatic programs
• Coordinate with physical education staff, coaches, and external instructors
• Maintain student records, attendance, and performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and school policies
• Assist in organizing swimming events, competitions, and training sessions
• Oversee inventory and maintenance coordination of pool equipment
• Handle communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
• Support budgeting, reporting, and administrative documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Sports Management, or related field
• Previous experience in administration (aquatics or sports environment preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of pool safety standards and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping systems
• Lifeguard or CPR certification (preferred but not mandatory)
