About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior School Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role involves teaching students in Years 7–12, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons, and contributing to the academic and personal development of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver effective and engaging teaching aligned with the Australian Curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and assess student learning outcomes
• Support student wellbeing and foster a positive classroom environment
• Contribute to co-curricular programs, including sports, arts, or clubs
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents and stakeholders
• Participate in school events, activities, and professional development

About You

You are an enthusiastic educator who is committed to excellence in teaching and learning, and passionate about inspiring senior school students.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area
• Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
• Demonstrated experience teaching in a senior school setting (Years 7–12)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in Australia

Desirable

• Experience teaching specialist subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Humanities)
• Involvement in co-curricular activities
• First Aid and CPR certification
